Dynamic Q is not to blame....not by a long shot. It was a series of changes they made including weakening of towers, strengthening of minions for the team that is ahead and the most impactful, the lengthening of death timers. They also made a series of changes that saw the jungle get harder to clear. Dynamic Q has no impact whatsoever on games being so silly now.
