Taliyah - Mid Aurelion Sol - Mid Jhin - ADC Illaoi - Top Kindred - Jungle/ADC (hell, even mid is pretty common to see for them) Tahm - Support Ekko - Mid Bard - Support Rek'sai - Jungle Kalista - ADC Azir - Mid Gnar - Top

The only static top laner (as in is someone meant for top) we've had since Gnar was illaoi. Who, might I add, was a complete failure due to mobility (or boots in general) being able to negate her entire kit easily.

Mid lane and support (since pretty much everyone is going support these days) is getting a crap ton of love while top lane doesn't get jack but nerfs and a Rift herald that takes a century to kill.

Ekko top is much more common than ekko mid nowadays, Tahm is also taken Top a lot, and Jihn is taken mid, there are a lot of champions that have a popular second role but you chose only kindred to label that on. A lot of champs have more than one role in mind, very rarely do they actually design a champ with a singular role, or if they do, the community somehow turns it on it's head and proves it better elsewhere. While top designated champions have been a little scarce recently, you cannot deny that a lot of past champs can fulfill the top role easily.
