Why is it that the only champions with blinds are

Quinn, who then have the damage and range to outdo any AA heavy bruiser in top lane?
Shouldn't, you know, SUPPORTS have blinds?
Lux, 
Leona, and 
Taric all have very light-focused abilities. You know, light. That thing that blinds you if you get it shined in your eyes.

Actually you need light shined in your eyes to see.
So Lux, Taric, and Leona should remove blinds from nearby friendly champions.
Conversely, 
should get a blind (perhaps on his Q) because a lack of light is the root of all blindness.
The Ecdysiast1 votesWhile you do need light to reach your eyes to see, having light shined into your eyes retracts your iris too much to be able to see, so there's your anatomy lesson for the day.
But that would be a nifty effect if it were a passive.
Nocturne does have blind of sorts. It's his ultimate.
