sAyCo1 votesit will be a huge miss, since the tank champions will die faster, and the adc champions will rule all over the place, if a good adc champion gets like 10% dmg by hit or even 15%, he can just 2 shot the midlaner and running back to safety. its hard to make the turret % dmg since players will can easier to div inside turret range.
