Hellpyre3 votesThe reason he can't is to give him an area of vulnerability in his immediate area. It's supposed to give him a clear weakness, and being able to stun and GTFO would mean there was no reasonable way to get in his face and stay there. That's why his only way to clear out the nearby area in on his long-CD ultimate. So that he has a window of vulnerability.
