10 of them are ranked. i've averaged a 4.3 kda over all of these games. yet my MMR hasn't climbed higher than 50 points in the last two days.

what do i have to do become an LCS player, suck some riot schlong, and be a challenger smurf to make my MMR rise and get some more damn LP?

You have 85 wins and 81 loses. So with those 20 wins you just got out of being negative. Just keep playing and eventually you will get 25+ per win
