Every J4 I play with/against builds 3 leth items and 1shots you in less than 1.5, faster than any assassin. He got 10% hp damage, shreds your armor, AS steroid, slow, knockup, terrain cc, dash and a shield. Is there anything he can't do?
The fact that he can kill you in a sec isn't fair for a champion that was designed to be a diver.

If you watch high tier J4 play, they all play him tank, Used to engage, or peel carries.

Beas7ie1 votesJarvan is one of, if not THE most versatile champs in the game. He can Top, he can Mid, He can jungle, he can even support.
His kit makes him great a variety of roles. You want to play him as an assassin? Build that lethality/AD get good positioning and you can EQ ult right on an enemy squishy and if all goes well GTFO before they even realize what happened.
Wanna tank? Get those tanky tank items and a little bit of AD. Leroy Jenkins on in there and knock them around to let your teammates finish them off.
Split pusher? Go ahead split push away.
Bruiser works great as well.
