lol all tanks have high base damage cuz they dont build damage and scale on tank items... and i never seen a tank support out damage an adc through out the game.. i have seen many many mage supports do it who go full ap...

so when you are wrong you are wrong and you get down voted

When did i say throughout the game? I was stating it was oppressive to see tanks do more damage early on, not to mention late they still do a considerable amount of damage

On a more serious note, it is possible in specific matchups where the ADCs gets blown up enough to not top the charts and the (non full AP) tank support getting kills enough to carry.
