please nerf ryze. seriously riot

there's no reason this guy should be so insanely tanky by 20-30 minutes AND have so much damage. All he needs is a rod of ages, seraph's embrace, and frozen heart and he becomes an unstoppable monster that button mashes his way to winning. inb4 counterpick him. most of the time someone picks him AFTER me, and some supposed "counters" are just strong against him until he reaches those 3 items. then almost no one can touch him because he has lategame damage and tankiness 10-15 minutes before everyone else.

if you're not gonna nerf him, then at least raise the prices on mana based items so he can't get them all by 20 minutes of farming.
