Can Mundo get some ratios on his abilities?

I think the biggest problem with Mundo right now is that he has one of the most restrictive builds in the entire game. He's manaless so that leaves out IBG and Frozen Heart. He has basically no meaningful offensive ratios so he's reduced to stacking the shit out of defensive items, which are in one the weakest states they've ever been in. You see the same 6 items on him in 90% of games and he has about 8 viable items in his entire build.

This leads to his damage being incredibly predictable and having 0 variance. The worst part is that he doesn't even scale well with CDR due to his E steroid having 100% uptime at 0% CDR, and his W being a toggle. He has a weak AP ratio on his W that is never worth buying AP for. His Q does magic damage but has no AP ratio so there's still no reason to buy AP. All it does is split his magic and physical damage so much that you can't efficiently use AD, AP, Mpen, or ARpen. In short, there is no efficient way to increase Mundo's damage, he's forced to buy 100% defensive items or use stats inefficiently.

In the end, Mundo is a juggernaut. He is the absolute embodiment of juggernaut playstyle and kit. He does damage and only has a weak slow, not hard CC true tanks get. He's performing poorly right now because juggernaut/fighter items are strong and defensive items are weak. In particular, stacking your entire inventory with defensive items is especially weak because damage reduction items have diminishing returns. Having 600 AR is barely more damage reduction than having 200 AR.

Mundo is simply at the mercy of items. When defensive items are good, he's okay. When they're bad, he's horribly outclassed by both tanks and juggernauts. If you aren't going to straight up rework him into a juggernaut like he should be, at least throw him a bone and give him some more AP or AD ratios so I can grab Titanic Hydra or Abysal Sceptre and not be ignored.
