Nerf the Maw

For such a cheap price it sure brings a lot to the table. 50 MR, 55 AD, 10 Armor Pen, a passive that is on a short cooldown which prevents any AP champ from bursting you down (especially at low levels), and another passive which gives so much sustain that it in of itself can be considered an item all together (25% attack speed, 10% SV and 10% LS UNTiL you leave combat).

Ideas:

• Lifegrip: only active while the shield is up.
• MR reduced or made scaling so it isn't so overpowering at early levels.
• Cost increase to around 3700g-3800g
