Graves AD per level increased from 2.41 to 3 MR per level increased from .5 to 1

that mr buff is decent but that ad/lvl buff is meaningless, you think with this graves will scale great now? if graves is not intended to scale then why buff his ad/lvl in the first place?

he's not that good in early game anymore he gets outranged by adcs, but also isn't that tanky anymore because they removed his E mr ratio, also sterak is melee only now and he's shit in late game, the +0.6 ad/lvl won't change that

I forgot about Steraks being only melee now and how it hurted him.
If they balanced it for Urgot idk why they can't balance Sterak also for Graves, who is a really short range for being a ranged champ.
