Tank junglers are still unable to early gank

And still easily counterjungled, outdamaged. Also, after playing Naut, I like to see what you were trying to do with him. He didn't need a nerf on his shield damage at all. Riptide consumes all my mana when I have to literally spam it if I want to clear my jungle ( which is hard as fuck since the enemy jungler is a fucking nidalee )

I feel that it is pretty unfair to make the statement, "Tank junglers are still unable to early gank." There are a lot of variables that one must consider when thinking alongside the same mindset you have. If you have collective data that can support your statement, then I would be happy to see those. It would add a lot to this conversation.

Try Sejunai instead.

I haven't tried her since the changes yet, but she was fanastic (after the first clear) before the buffs. Does level 4 count as early ganks?

Her strenght was more in objective control rather than clear speed or even ganking (although that is fine)

Before lvl 6 is a early gank already Yeah, I like Sejuani. But I think champs like Naut or Rammus need something more. As Naut I felt really, REALLY useless.

Naut has bigger issues than some of the other tanky junglers. Amumu, Sejuani, and Rammus all have very strong level 2-3 ganks, to name a few.

I'm having a ton of success on naut at early levels. Same with zac. I think the naut changes were actually pretty fine, now that his damage emphasis is not on his fairly perilous shield.

I don't think he needed that damage nerf on his shield. Also, are you maxing up first his E or W? I had no success maxing up E first, too mana hungry and not that much of damage, with lower survavibility

Yeah, you should still max his W first. Your e is a little extra damage for clears, which compensates for his reduced W AoE, but in no way is more valuable than the survivability and scaling of tank naut's W. The real buff to him is cinderhulk. Honestly, you can build warmogs second on naut. Or righteous glory. Something with tons of health, to best abuse his W's max hp scaling.
