If someone all of the sudden picks Olaf mid because faker did im honestly not taking the game seriously and am just gonna fuck around

Then you should be the one that gets reported. This mentality seriously ruins so many of my games. I pick AP shaco top, team assumes I'm trolling, team does poorly despite me winning lane and snowballing mid with ganks and bot with tp as best I can, somehow it's still my fault.

If you tell your team in champion select that you are going ap shaco top then of course you are trolling, you are purposely baiting your team to get mad and not take you seriously, but if you simply say shaco top and build ap people won't tilt as hard because they might assume you are a one trick pony, my friend the other day had a sona jungle at plat 2 mmr and noone got mad when he picked it because of the way he presented himself in champion select

See the issue with Olaf mid is most people are gonna go glass target and just feed

The only reason Olaf was played Mid was to counterpick, so yeah I agree with that.

As long as you have had practice with Olaf mid and carried with him, then sure, go for it. However, if someone picks Olaf mid with no experience whatsoever and does it because Faker did it, then I think they should not do it.
