Noxian Diplomancy's range increased to 650 from 550.

Reason - Cutthroat used to have 700 range, this made targets such as accessible when they auto-attacked.

The issue with Cutthroat wasn't its range, but it's movement as a blink. This gave my favorite anti-mage absolutely 0 counterplay and mid lane caster mages were at his mercy, allowing Talon to blink behind them on their skillshot activation and kill them while they were silenced.

The silence is gone, the movement is a now a dash. I understand his roaming potential and being able to wall leap to catch his victims where he wants them, but this still leaves a lot to be desired in his laning phase.

Instead of 700 range, I'm requesting 650, auto-attack range, so that he actually has the opportunity to close the gap on any auto-attacking champ whose auto-attacks aren't being buffed by an ability (with the exception of late game who I think should be brought in line with ).

Melee assassins aren't supposed to be freely challenged by the carries (especially ranged carries) meant to be their targets.

Even if it isn't a flat 100 range increase, it could 20 range added as a passive per unique champion kill.
