I'm really sick of people trying to say that old aatrox kit was simplistic or boring.

As if pressing R to delete an enemy is somehow better? Or spamming abilities?

What was wrong with having a champions kit revolving around his auto attacks?

The amount of people on here who have an opinion who never mained aatrox against any and all counters, and tried all builds, is disgusting. He was capable of quite a bit, but took some practice and presence of mind in team fights.

What was wrong was that he was either laughably weak or a nightmare to balance. And also anti-fun for many of his opponents.

That makes no sense. Fed Zed is fun for his opponents, fed Yi? Its never fun to lose and so many champs burst you down in seconds when ahead. But when Aatrox does it its a problem? Your lack of perspective and bias is ridiculous.
