@ghostcrawler on "fun to face"
So I hear Ghost and other rioters want to prioritize making champions 'fun to face"
I will tell you what champions I find fun to face.
Azir, Zed, Urgot, Lucian, Teemo
Why?
For they have terrible win rates and are easy to kill.
Where am I going with on this subject?
Players have fun when they win, this is a competitive game that is half strategy half fighter.
Want to know what people hate?
Feeling dumb, and feeling out played. So when you lose on this game, you feel dumb because you got out smarted, and you feel out played for you lost a one v one.
Ghost said we should prioritize making champions fun to face. But let me be frank.
The moment you die, for the average human being, you stop having fun, the most you get is a pumped up feeling with the motivation to try harder.
You can't make a champion fun to face.
Instead focus on making a champion balanced.
A champion or character in EVERY fighting type game should have the following.
1-Op ability that makes them feel unique (aka the ultimate) 3-completely normal and balanced elements that helps support their play style 1- Major weakness
If every champion in the game focused on this principle and balanced upon it, than eventually they will all be properly balanced.
Focus less on making them "fun to face" focus more on balancing them. For remember back when you listened to the community on olaf and evelyn? Yeah those were bad times.
Don't listen to a bunch of butt hurt bronzies and risk ruining the game over their worthless opinions.
Not every champion needs a rework.
