Cassiopeia's at 45% winrate as opposed to 50% prerework.
Her playrate fluctuates from about 2.5-5% which is almost as low as it was before.
The rework design is objectively bad because her passive is snowbally and binary and it's frustrating to lose half your health after one misstep in lane against Cassiopeia. It feels bad for her too because she's OOM after that trade.
Maybe YOU should use YOUR brain before you tell the same to someone else.

learn to use your mana correctly and you wouldnt. i used to play her after rework and i never ran out of mana explain that to me? did i just play her wrong? was i supposed to waste 5 q's trying to poison them? if you dont waste 300 mana trying to poison them instead of being smart and using them at good oppurtinities?

Even if she had amazing stats, that doesn't change the fact that she feels terrible to play now after the plethora of nerfs. Early game anything and everything runs her over, because if you fight back your mana bar will be empty in literally one exchange. Just one.
That'd be fine if she scaled into something amazing, but the bullshit walls and conditions are unrealistic for her current state. So that great scaling that she's supposed to have doesn't really exist.
And to answer the OP: That rework was nothing more than a gutting to silence the whiners. It never reached the PBE and Lee Sin is trash anyway.
