15% CDR from Ultimate Hat 45% CDR from CI + Items
So therefore:
Bard with a maxed ult has a 36 second ult (without any CDR it's at 90) Shen maxed has a 64 second ult (without any CDR it's at 160)
I'm trying to understand what does and doesn't stack.

Fedoran3 votesI believe they are counted separately. So it takes 15% off your ultimate, then takes off 45% of the already reduced amount.

So if you have max stacks, you'll have an 85% remaining cooldown
If you have full CDR, you'll have 55% remaining cooldown
Combined, you have 46.75% remaining cooldown instead of 40%
It's not THAT big of a difference, but it exists nonetheless
Its All Skillzz3 voteswith UH and 45% cdr ezreal ult is 56.1 seconds, i think without UH his ult is 66 seconds, if 45% and 15% stacked his ult would be 48 seconds making it a total of 60% off. so it looks like ult hat goes with 15% reduction after cdr. since i did the math of 120x.45=54 120-54=66 and 66x.15= 9.9 comes out to be a total of 56.1 seconds which is how long ezreal ult cd is with both uh stacked and 45% cdr.
