ps There is no good stats site that has singed at a 54% win rate and 10% pick rate
The one that says he's 10% pickrate also says he's 51% wr, the KR only one is 7% pickrate and 53% wr, and the one that includes every region is 3% pickrate and 52% WR.

Lolalytics is exactly the one that had him at 10% pickrate and 51% wr at the time I posted.
Btw arguing off of anything other than riot official stats which we DON'T have is pointless, because every stats site gets wildly different stats and riot says that the sites are often incredibly off base of actual winrates.

It's pretty big news to me that singed is going to be nerfed for being the 58th most picked champion on KR (according to OPGG).

Singed is a troll champion. Except, he trolls the enemy team instead of his allies. And more than 5 times out of 10, the enemy team falls for it!

DuskDaUmbreon1 votesWell, yeah. He's going to do a lot of damage. He has a decently strong %health ability, and has a lot of AoE, and usually get Liandry's+Rylai's, for even more %health AoE DoT. He's inherently going to dish out a lot of damage, because people are going to be dealing with his Q every single teamfight.
Also, what was his full KDA? 3/14 doesn't tell us much. It shows he had a nice piece of π during the match, but nothing else. What was his CS? How many assists?
