Sejuani can take Courage of the Colossus.

Sadly, Nunu is pretty much restricted to Grasp of the Undying or Bond of Stone.

Though, I still miss Strength of Ages. Having the extra health early-game meant that I could go for a heavy damage or resistance item early without feeling squishy.

I heard that the current meta for nunu is Triforce+Titanic tank. Not sure how true that is, coz I haven't actually seen a Nunu for a while. In which case, Grasp isn't bad since it also promotes hp building (on top of his % hp increases)

Sej has hard cc, courage of the collosus seems fine.

Nunu builds I've seen lately seem to get frisky and actually aa, so maybe grasp might be a thing. Nunu probably misses SOA more than sej though, so we'll see if he does ultimately need buffs when preseason shakes out a bit.

That said, I'm pretty sure nunu was one of the top solo queue jgs these past few weeks. He wouldn't be good in pro play with strong vision and organised teams that'd spoil his counter jungling strengths, but lack of worlds play doesn't imply he's underpowered.

Yea this thread is dumb, basing what's good on worlds something you'll never be in. And ignoring what's in sej's kit albeit you supposedly play her. And disregarding patch difference for changes that happened recent.

I don't like the idea of Courage. I knew her kit but dislike the idea of a conditional shield compared to a guaranteed HP boost for a character that scales directly with HP.

Do pretend otherwise though. I don't mind your desperation. In any case I played it earlier and it seems like a decent trade though I still dislike Courage compared to SoA.

I do not have enough experience using Courage on her yet but it feels like a straight downgrade compared to SoA.

Having 300 HP in teamfight doesn't seem to make any large impact at all, compared to the Colossus shield which can scale hard with her HP builds, plus gives her more survivability after charging in.

That's true, but it has a high CD and is conditional. Not to mention that it's useless in the jungle.

SoA was guaranteed 300 HP and possibly more if any large minions are around; Worth noting that the heal had no CD and could easily give more than 300 HP late game which in a push situation, would happen often.

If you like Courage that's fine, I dislike it. I'll just play Shyvana or (more likely) Evelynn.... Sej is dead to me.

A possible 1500 shield feels like a downgrade....... what in the boosted hell are you talking about.

Just procting it off a single person if you have 3000 HP gives a 400 shield. The formula is simple 10+10perlvl + (7% max HP x number of nearby enemy champions). So at level 1 it's a 20 shield + 7% of your max HP per enemy champion, which can easily let you fight and survive early game. This mastery is far superior to SoA because of how crazy of a shield it can hand you for free.

Sejuani takes Courage and Nunu takes whatever the hell he wants. Bond of Stone or Grasp are your best bet. Don't really care though, Nunu is still strong. His buffs came after the Worlds patch so, during Worlds, he was still trash tier.
