I just had to explain to some boosted animal how to use his ult

Our Poppy literally didn't know that if you charged up the ult instead of releasing it immediately that it would knock enemies away. Had to explain this after about 30 minutes of watching her flail around uselessly getting dove under towers and falling to 3 man ganks because she didn't know how to just send them flying across the map. Is this what I have to look forward to in ranked now? Oh, and of course the player was in premade with at least one other person on my team (common clan tag).
