Stop saying "ggez"

It's not about me being oversensitive. It's not about how toxic the phrase is. It's just shit sportsmanship. This is a sport. If ever someone said this after an MLB game, you can bet there would be a bench clearing brawl that results from it. Just because you're a coward that can only confront people from the anonymity of your keyboard doesn't give you the right to be a shit person. Stop with this cancer. NOW.

Edit: for all the people who keep saying that GGEZ is fine because it's not punishable:

While it’s alright to celebrate, make sure that you keep any gloating (or any other mode of self-indulgence) out of all chat.

Straight from the Summoner's Code. It's punishable.

It is without a doubt the one thing that will always get me to report someone after the game

"you're just being a butthurt baby learn to grow up" How hard is it not to be a dickhead?

Every player who says gg ez in League of Legends is they type of person who would refuse a hand shake after a game of chess and probably spit on the board

If someone earns the win they can say whatever they want if u can't handle it then too bad I guess

I would love the idea of substitute phrases (like you see in Overwatch) appear in the endgame chat. Nothing like seeing the end of a game and having a player say something like "My Mommy says it's time for bed now." in the place of their "ez".

For example: http://www.pcgamer.com/gg-ez-overwatch/

I just hope the reports matter because I'm doing it each time some1 writes it.

It just shows how immature those ppl are also because the majority of them says it just before the chat disappears so that they can throw the stone and hide the hand like: "omg! I did this thing but no1 could reply/see it, I'm so fckin' smart!".

So because it's a sport, you shouldn't say "ez" at the end of a match, but it's totally cool to join a team for a sport and then intentionally lose just because it's fun to screw with people? I understand completely.

Agreed I'm so tired of this phrase

GG EZ ... says the guy that got his ass handed to him all game long.

really surprised this many people agree with this. this gives me more faith in the community

Just because people get away with it (and worse) in other sports, doesn't make it ok. Rude is rude, and poor sportsmanship is still poor.

Aye, and you need to stop using such words in such a casual way.

As for "gg ez", "izi", "easy" and every other variation, it is considered unsportsmanlike behaviour, thus making against the Summoner's Code, and is further a verified reportable and punishable offense. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/csKc4u0W-is-saying-gg-ez-being-toxic?comment=0009
