@Riot Why do you guys hate Eve?

I mean seriously, her newest nerf on the PBE is just insult to injury, at this point. They already have nerfed her beyond recognition over the years, and they just recently cut 1/5th of the damage off of her Q, now they're cutting 20 damage at all ranks off her E? (this means it does 30% less damage at rank 1). I mean, she doesn't have strong CC, her burst is becoming laughable, she's not a tank, the ONLY thing she really does is stealth. She is quickly becoming the most nerfed champion in the game (move over irellia), despite the fact that her rework was supposed to make her "balanceable". Obviously something went wrong, because when eve is balanced, riot just nerfs her over, and over, and over again. What, is stealth not #bigplays enough for you?

I just don't get it. Eve is already forced to build tank because she can't assassinate worth crap. Her identity is already flushed down the toilet. Can we get some sort of comment on the current state of eve, because obviously she's not in a good place if riot feels the need to nerf her consistently to the point of being unviable.
