it really hurts ad champs that try to go top. Before you could rush maw and actually be able to fight someone who rushed sunfire cape against you. Well, you still can, but I'm not sure how effective it will be. 25% as and 10 mr can be the difference between surviving and not

Maw should be an off tank Item for assassins only not something for top laners. The other issue with this post is that the nerfs to maw aren't even that large of a hit as it's still more than strong enough to accomplish it's original goal of countering AP burst.
