So the anti CC and supposed parry everything ability doesn't block her blind, wtf is this?

Who programmed this ability and didn't class it as an ability / CC

am pretty sure parry blocks spells in general and not just cc.

its probably coded as a minion. just pink ward it. or idk dodge it. git gud scrub.

Her Parry only blocks CC, her Blind is not CC.

To quote the wiki

An argument can be made that Nearsight is a debuff, rather than a form of crowd control, due to it not being affected by crowd control reduction nor immunity, as well as being resistant to cleanse effects. However, as the effect disables the use of some abilities and all but one source is a persistent effect (i.e. they cannot be removed or reduced anyway), it is being listed here.

And there is no other ability that works like that, example if i parry a lee sin Q i dont have the Q debuff on me, or if i parry his E i don't take the slow debuff.

Why shouldn't it count as a CC?

um... I can't tell if you're joking or not. Also, her parry is meant to block all abilities in the first place anyways.

It bypasses black shield as well for some reason.

its ad damage and counts as a debuff so it should, but in the case of fiora who parries everything shouldn't be blinded

Irrelevant.

Many skills are "AD damage" and don't bypass black shield.

I believe that the reduced vision radius (It's not a blind) caused by Quinn's Q is programmed as a debuff, not a CC Fiora's W states that it blocks all damage and crowd control effects, but doesn't say anything about debuffs As weird as it is that non-CC debuffs specifically go through Riposte, it doesn't really seem like a bug per se. Maybe a mistake in design where Riot forgot that there were any non-CC debuffs in the game when they programmed Riposte.
