Statistically speaking Tristana is fine with healthy win rate and pick rate, while Varus can't even go past 47% win rate at any rank (not even high elo) so why in the hell are you even thinking that Tristana needs buff? The fact that you even think she needs a buff is baffling.
sorry but varus is a pro pick champion. while i wouldn't lie he might need some love. tristana is far far more in need love then varus. out of all the adcs she's the only one who's never been compensated properly for all the crit item reworks and changes. not only that she hasn't aged well compared to other adcs.
The Tristana buffs on PBE are really minimal, 10 damage on her rocket jump and .19AD per level, 3.42 AD extra at level 18
That barely touches her
Varus really shines in the late game because he needs 3 items to fully come online, all of his main 3rd items have above 54% winrate, with some above 56%. If you pick Varus you have to play for late game.
Not that 48% w/r is going to effect Iron-Gold games, if you're good at Varus you could easily get a 55->60% winrate for some time at least in that elo
They're actually buffing my babe? Hallujah. :/ She's intended to be "late game" but I find that there are a myriad of ADCs who are better than her late game while also having better mid and early games. Though, I wish they'd just tone sivir back some. .-. And revert the Jinx buffs that they gave her after 8.11.
