Bard's not allowed to have damage because of all the utility/mobility he has

If you build IE, PD and LW on Bard you'll do the same AA dps as Kalista.

His damage comes in the form of his meeps. He's incredibly bursty if you are diligent about claiming chimes and grab a Lich Bane. His power just tends to be very limited to whenever he has meeps.

Funny how you didn't list out who actually got nerfed/reworked for having too much damage as supports.

who the fucks plays annie support and morg support. you may be supporting but you hella aint buying support items. bard is an incredible new champion and i think you're embarassed that you got killed by one or something and now complaining.
