Riot jinx needs a real buff, not that joke on the patch notes.

Thanks for reverting her actual buff that would maybe make her viable for a couple less seconds on the last spell she maxes lmao, shes tied with tristana for being the weakest adc in the game give her something.

Amumu gets a super good buff (when he isnt even weak) and Jinx gets that joke, oh well shes an ADC i guess cant give good stuff to adcs.
