Kha'Zix Winrate in correlation to Game Length

Given Kha'Zix kit, it makes sense that he scales better into the late game, however i feel like he gets outshines by other assassins. I'm honestly confused by this information at the very least because i always felt stronger in skirmishes with Kha'Zix more than team fighting. So what is Riot's next plan of attack on the little bug? He got a much needed QoL buff on his passive, and direct buffs to W and E, but what is it that is really keeping this guy from winning games if he is keeping up fine in kills with other top kill junglers?

No, his kit is meant to shine mid game. Most assassins/melee adcs are supposed to fall off late game because that's when tanks because prevalent.

Once he hits lvl 11, its game on.. but yet his winrate says he wins more games 40+ mins...

I don't know much about that then. I rarely see kha'zix post 40 minutes. Games always win at around 35, whether he's snowballing and 1 v 5 or whether he's useless.

The last whisper changes were a pretty big problem for him, and he already had issues against tanks.

He's definitely still outclassed by most other assassins in the game, they just have more strength in their kits, or better synergy with items they typically build.

I think he needs some form of power added to his kit to really compete, it's not like he's super weak or anything, but he's now a situational pick, where Rengar can pretty much be picked into anything.

Kha'zix is a super fun champion to play though, so it's not like I won't continue to play him I think I maintain a 60% win rate with him across all games that I've played with him, just have to be careful about when you pick him. You need tanks or some form of engage on your team, they need few tanks on their team, and it's an easy game.
