So why did draven just become a problem now?

People say he is op even without DD. What changed? People complain about his early game power and his ability to 2 shot carries late game. Hes always been like that, are people just starting to notice?

It's because higher elos are making him a flavor, and as with all flavors... they are "op"

He was already on the edge after being granted base damage without having to buy items finally, DD pushed him over the edge entirely.

He's strong without it, but becomes too much once he aquires it.
