I'm sorry but if someone exceeds 40 deaths in a game that isn't aram, they need to be perma banned

Like, on the spot.

There's never going to be a game that doesn't go 70+ minutes where someone exceeds 40 deaths due to death timer lengths as the game progresses. The most deaths I've ever had at any point in this game was 22 deaths and that was pre level 30, which I think an exception could potentially be made (maybe not honestly).

One of the frustrating things with this automated ban system is it does nothing to players who will intentionally feed like this and troll. I've had players die 40-50 times in ranked games on purpose and I'd go back and lolking them for the next 5 months and they'd STILL BE PLAYING and feeding like this on occasion. How is that okay? I'm with you lyte, kill the toxicity but for the love of god, we are 5 seasons in going on 6 and people can still do this and go unpunished! It shouldn't be something that's "just report them, the system will get them." No, trolling like that is a blatant attempt to ruin the experience of 4 other players for whatever reason. That should instantly result in a permaban, yet it doesn't. Id honestly rather have an extremely toxic teammate whom I can mute that tries to win the game instead of this.

I think this is the biggest frustration is that people still do this and it does t get addressed. And if it does, it shouldn't take 2-3 times for them to do it for them to be punished, they need to just be removed from this game period.
