There should be an AP/crit chance item for AP ADCs like MF, Lucian, Ez, Corki and Kaisa

Please keep an open mind and understand this item does not make abilities crit. That would be absurd.

3200 gold 100AP 40%crit Passive: something neat. Doesn't really matter, the whole point is the combination of AP and crit in one item.

This would appeal to the AP ADC and open a lot of build diversity to ADCs who have few AP abilites. It would allow them to go full AP while letting their autos do some damage.

ADCs like have AP potential, but are gated by lack of AP items that appeal to those ADCs.

Statistically, this is like the old Essessnce reaver, but for AP ADCs. 20-30% CDR from one item was OP, but was okay as ADCs didn't do that much damage from abilities and lacked CC.

The beautiful thing about this item is 40% crit is insane, but because its doesn't have any AD or attack speed, its okay cause no champ could ever really use both stats really well.
