Should be able to buy levels

There are two things people hate: Smurfs in low level games, and leveling up a second account

If Riot made it possible for people to just buy their levels, for say 100 RP per level, a lot of smurfs would not be in low level games making the new player experience more enjoyable and Riot would make more money.

I don't think that any new players would pay to level up their accounts and if they did they would just end up in bronze V where they could learn with everyone else.

Let me know what you think of the idea.

new people would pay to level up their accounts. xp boosts already exist just grind up the smurf, it isn't supposed to be easy to take an account into ranked games to troll until you get banned, then start over.

Why would someone grind up an account to troll with it? I just want to try to get more than one account Plat + next season and it would be way better for new players to not need to deal with smurfs so they can actually learn rather than either winning because someone is 25-2 or losing because someone is 25-2 on the other team.

assuming some new players buy the "level ups" wouldn't their games still be ruined because now they're playing with people who are their level but much more experienced?

Leveling should be slowed because of League's learning curve, but the amount of smurfs is honestly disgusting. As hypocritial as I sound, when I was smurfing and leveling my level 16 account, I played against a team that had 4 obvious smurfs (mechanics wise). The only thing that could be possibly done about it is hoping that matchmaking sorts them out, or for players to be able to purchase another level 30 account for a legal price.

I am leveling up a third account now and I had no idea how many smurfs there were in low levels. My account is level 6 and i rarely see less than 5 smurfs in a game.

does it occur to you that YOU are a smurf and as such will attain a high MMR while leveling the account? and since other smurfs will also attain a high MMR, you will tend to be matched with other smurfs? and the smurfs that would be matched with legitimately new players would be really bad at the game anyways?
