Aren't there enough indication that ADC are over the top?
Ezreal and Twitch are played in jungle even on high elo ladder. Lucien and Corki replaced Cassiopeia, Azir and other DPS mages in mid. Botlane lead decides most games.

DO you think that the balance team cares? The game's meta is the same for 7 seasons, there was never too much diversity. Ranged are too good in this MOBA.
I think killing the meta of X Type of champion goes in X lane is the start of a long term solution to the game's current problems. If ADCs are viable out of botlane, supports either get swapped for something else, go somewhere else, or become more varied to answer to the new variety of champions that will eventually come botlane. People will eventually catch on that you can't have a Vayne top, a Lucian mid and a Sivir botlane, you'll just be countered by tanks. So someday someone will take Lucian mid, and some botlaners will say; 'You know what, fuck it.' And play Darius botlane with a Thresh, and from then on bring variety back to league of staleness.
