those are gonna ruin jungle hecarim even more and not touch hecarim top at all but anyway why nerf hecarim top at all? he has only 10%ban rate in the lcs and he is not as strong as irelia maokai lissandra or kennen.....i'm really upset with this or you nerf him cause he is hecarim and not a your favorite champion?
Ser Garland5 votesWell... considering they buffed him immeasurably over the last six months, I don't think they hate him. His mana and health regen nerfs will not hurt his jungle, considering the jungle will give him enough mana regen to stick around. His Q is also super cheap too.
Balareon1 votesIt will nerf Hecarim top. it will nerf some of his sustain as well as his early game dueling power because he doesn't have as much hp.
