Does anyone else think that Aatrox's Q and E should be switched?

I ask, because in my opinion, there is no reason for them to be that way. Most other champions have their most useful ability, and the one they max first is on their Q, while any mobility or utility, and the ability that is normally maxed last, is saved for their E. Yes, not every champion follows this, but if they dont, they usually have a good reason as to why.

Yet, here is Aatrox who has his most useful ability on his E, and the ability that's used mostly for mobility and utility on his Q, for no real reason whatsoever.
