Urgot is Terrible. Does Anyone Else Feel He Was a Failure?

All of his CC and dodging is gated by a timeout. His Q is not immediate and his E is so clunky to use. I know you have to use his Q to slow them to use the E. The Q has a time when it hits the ground and then slows. His R is only useful with characters below a certain amount of health. Does anyone else feel like he is gated too much by his abilities? I feel like he needs something to give out so he has something in his kit that makes him easier to play. Old Urgot was so much easier and better to play because his kit wasn't as gated by timeouts like now and he at least wasn't so clunky to use. He is terrible now and I haven't played him in forever since the VGU. He is very clunky and horrible to play as.

i don't know, everytime i traded with him in lane as fiora i got demolished (fiora is weak early) he chunks away my health till it ults me and then it's game over

i think melee may have an hard time against him

He's ok to me. Only complaint is the lack of item support. Otherwise, he's great to me.

all he needs is QoL buffs imo.

my Suggestions for buffs: -E leap should not stop his W from dealing its damage (was this implemented already?).

-the on-hit penalty should be alleviated just a bit so BoRk and Wits become better options.

-W should also gain the ability to crit for modified damage just like Miss Fortune R bullets. -Q should maybe shred a lil bit of armor again. I mean the ability just feels so lacklusted in of itself and its only real purpose is to direct your W. -Now that Executes arent all that unique anymore ( Pyke ) maybe grinding a foe into paste should grant Urgot a nice fat heal or something maybe based off the opponents bonus HP so Urgot is rewarded for grindin down tanks or something? -Make Targets harpooned by his R have drastically reduced healing and shielding values as well. getting marked for death should become a panic struggle but I feel like Lifesteal and Shields make it all too easy to ignore.

conceptually I think Urgot is fine and kit wise he is fine too. I just think he is too weak when behind and doesn't really offer anything other than damage hence he needs to have a few saftey nets implemented. I dont think Urgot has a number problem per say so much as his kit simply doesn't bring enough to the table compared to other kits he has to fair against and the "strengths" of his kit are not stark enough.

He is good, he is a perfect example of a juggernaut, slow but powerful, if you fight Urgot by yourself then you are going to die.
