(My personal hate )

Guess what do they have in common (except loaded kit that could be enough to make few other champions)?

%hp damage All of them (well duh, doesn't have it, but she was always a weirdo).

Here's solution. Remove %hp from their kit. Add flat ad/ap. Lets see how it will change playing against them.

(They also are uber mobile. Yeah.. But Riot will protect mobility untill last player will stop logging in.)

Zed and Lee Sin have a minuscule amount of %HP on a noticeable cooldown. Nidalee's %HP is based on Current HP, and the PBE has it being removed.

Zed has %hp in his passive. Lee in his 6-8s cd Q And Nidalee will soon leave notorious 5 group.

Didn't I just say they both have it?

I said it was a minuscule amount. 8% of missing HP on Lee's Q with a 11/10/9/8/7-second base cooldown, 6/8/10% on Zed's passive with a 10-second static cooldown.

I can point to several %HP skills that deal a higher percentage on the same (or lower) cooldown. Zac, Brand, Elise, Mundo, Gragas, Gnar, Jayce, Jarvan, Kog'maw...let alone anyone buying Blade of the Ruined King.

No, all those champions sans Kalista are assassins according to Riot, and she takes the plate for the high mobility.

According to Riot any champion that attacks rom brush is born assassin.

They have just added some of champions to assassin category just so it'd feel bigger. But Nidalee is not an assassin. She never was nor will be.

I don't know what makes you think nidalee is not an assassin, because, she really doesn't fit into any other category.

She is a squishy champion with great 1v1 burst, gapcloser, great at securing kills and picking off weak enemies and good disengage, basically everything that classifies an assassin.

God.. You are such... Listen.. I didn't add ALL %hps. Not ALL of them are OP. Also Vayne has to attack the same target 3 times for her passive to work. That is balanced.

There are a ton of %hp damage abilities in the game:

Amumu Elise DrMundo Evelynn Garen Jayce KogMaw Malzahar

I know mate. But imo those champions you have listed have kinda balanced %hp

While notorious 5 + Riven have dumb high scallings and base damage...

Even Jayces %hp was nerfed just cause ppl were bashing.

I thought it's more accurate to say that most of the hated champs are from Ionia Ahri (i forgot where she's from but she looks asian enough] Akali Irelia LeeSin this guy looks pretty asian too MasterYi Riven has relevance to Ionia, has windblade techniques like yasuo... Riven doesnt have % hp damage. She has % Missing health damage.

I'd say the common qualities are that they are good on capitalizing on mistakes, uncoordinated enemies, and snowball well. Mobility is another common quality, since it helps them recover from their mistakes and capitalize on their opponent's mistakes.

Also, Riven's ultimate isn't really percent-health damage. The damage it deals increases based on the missing health of the target(s), but it doesn't actually deal damage based on their health (like Blade of the Ruined King, Lee Q, or Zed passive do).
