Can we make recall like Garen's passive against minions?

Like level 11 only cannon minions can stop your back and level 16 only super (destroyed inhib) minions can

It gets really REALLY irritating when you're trying to go b then that one caster minion aggros you at the last second and prevents it.

Even if it's not during something important it's just annoying as hell
