Sorry guys but outside of low diamond/high plat due to boosted accounts match making is not an issue.
League has lost alot of its western player base, this is just a symptom of something far worse.

Specifically, Riot openly admits to making budget cuts. Also, a clear problem, Patch 8.11, easily the worst idea in League history and everyone knows it.
If you really want more proof, check out how much League has dropped on Twitch as far as streaming and viewers go.
League, is in fact, dying. Just very slowly. And all because of the bruiser-damage meta that everyone knows is complete nonsense.
