Dark Binding - Reduce Range

Considerably Morgana's Q (Dark Binding) is the strongest non-ultimate ability ingame with it's 3s root and relatively low cooldown. While it's more or less dodgeable without external effects it becomes a sure hit against slowed targets or people who want to ward a bush. This insanely long duration most often results in a kill. There is no other non-ultimate with this insane powerlevel - and saftey given the range.

In my eyes the maximum range should be reduced so this ability actually gets a risk for it's reward. Considering that Morgana already has black shield which protects her from enemy CC while planting hers, she should at least have to get into a fair amount of range.

I think the change morgana really needs is for her black shield to break from all damage sources, because it's annoying not being able to CC her as an AD champion. If her Q were to be changed, I would say reduce the width and the snare duration before the range. It would make effective usage more difficult while still allowing morgana to maintain her current overall playstyle.

Good that every post with arguments is considered crying here. Maybe you should instead justify how a 3s root with extremely long range and spellvamp on a short short CD is balanced?
