New Masteries and cooldown reduction mastery
Does anyone else really dislike the fact that 5% CDR is now only available in the utility tree?
This puts you at 5% CDR short when using CDR/level blues unless you basically put 18 points into utility.

NoBootsAllowed1 votesthey nerfed rivens ulti cdr cause she was able to pick up 40 cdr fast... and now they remove cdr and she isnt able to pick up 40 cdr fast.. .. so the ult nerf makes zero sense and its just a flat out nerf
