The active of FQC doesn't even scale with AP. It's garbage and labeled as 80% gold efficient. You don't even gain gp10 for advancing the initial item.

Just get a spellthiefs and sell it later for a Talisman. Thats better anyway.

Frostfang was also bugged and only gave me 5 gold instead of 10...

Actually i love this item and beeing disabled it prevents me from playing rankeds, because its a core item for 3 of my 5 support choices. i would like to know too how riot is making progress and how long it will still be disabled. and please dont start those "its shitty anyways" comments i love the 80% slow and it helped me catching the enemy team on the run multiple times and win through this.
