Does riot think katarina is balanced or something ?

I don't get it. She's banned every time, and when she isn't I see her jump 4 times in a row for some reason. I can't even flash away to safety, because she just jumps 2 times on me and I'm like k den. Last nerf on her was -2 mr and that was like 3 patches ago. Let the "lel nub just cc her kys" come.

She's never been healthier is the thing. She actually has skill based gameplay now and around a 50% winrate at most levels of play. I won't argue that she is not overtuned or whatever, I'm not super up to date with the statistics but I've found she's much easier to punish and predict in lane ever since the update. The thing is that you can watch where the daggers fall, which tells you where she can jump to. She jumps to daggers, minions, or champions and it's on an 8 second cool down (about 5 seconds with cdr) so unless she's fed and razing everything you have time calculate her position between jumps.

Might be because she's never actually played due to her being permabanned. xd.

but she has a 10% ban rate how is that even close to permaban

According to google, she's got a 56.4% ban rate, meaning that more than once per 2 games, she's permabanned, that's A LOT, dude.

If anything this proves that only gold and below bans her frequently. Which is understandable because people with a brain know she's terrible in this meta.

I think it's reasonable to ban her in Silver and Bronze, because even if you know how to deal with her there's no guarantee your teammates will, and that's enough for her to go snowballing out of control.

She does but unless you're annie it's hard to even hit her with cc sometimes cause she can just ignore the passive dagger

I guess it might be different for me. I mainly play Orianna, so reaction and zoning is 90% of my gameplay. Leaving the ball places I think people will go before they go there or leaving it so I can move it more quickly are just important parts of every game.

The most faceroll champ in the game LeeSin has been doing it for years and Riot seems to be okay with it.

They like flashy characters therefore, balance is not a prioroity .

LeeSin is faceroll and Evelynn isn't

LeeSin is faceroll

That is correct.

A champion that is manaless, has multiple escape mechanisms, a non-channeled suppress ult with huge scaling and AoE stun potential coupled with the most forgiving gameplay of all.... vs. a champ that is extremely frail, has mana costs, needs to worry about positioning and timing. Oh gee, I wonder which could be which.

Ruin Lance1 votes

maybe you're confusing "faceroll" for "overloaded." Also please don't use mana costs as a weakness for a jungler lmao. You also forgot to mention that eve gets free, nearly undetectable ganks, literally requires no mechanics beyond spamming q and hitting r on a group of enemies, and also has one of the most flexible build paths in the entire game.

I know this isn't going anywhere so I'll just leave it at that lol.

Nope, Lee sin is faceroll easy to play and brokenly overpowered. Being manaless, the most forgiving champ in the game, with built in sustain and a no-channel suppress right-click ultimate with AoE stun potential is enough to sustain my claim. Your claim is just nonsensical.

It's really not that complicated.
