Shields don't need a direct counter .

Unlike heals, where you can heal out of combat, Shields are useless unless they block something. And unlike a Heal, Shields need to be timed to be effective, as enemies can just wait out the shield and render it effectively useless.

Asking for a Shield Counter item is like asking for a Skillshot counter item. its stupid.
