Things that need to be removed from ARAM

  1. Dark Harvest

  2. Warmogs

  3. Sona

Unlocking the whole pool will just mean more dodges and longer wait times to actually play. If they do it, they will have to allow folks to earn rewards (mastery/chests/keys) on unowned champs or more dodging, which I can't see happening.
