Does Scrying Orb's Vision "Debuff" Grant Assists?
As the title says, the effect is indeed a debuff, so does it grant assists?

Unfortunately, nope.
You know what would be nice for supports? If there was an item called "the eye of the occult" which upgraded from the sight stone, and gave the support vision of an enemy when when they drop below 10% health. add +1% per assist, +2% per kill, and then make it global vision at 20 stacks. (Lose 50% of stacks on death).
