My opinion on new shen

Im very stuck on whether its better or worse like or dislike

anyways the rework surely gave him dmg you can't sneeze at

BUT he is also way way way squishier then old shen for the price of that dmg

way more prone to be bullied in lane thanks to the fact he has no range capability and lacks sustain

THE ENERGY COSTS they are so high that burning 2 spells could deplete your bar i realise his E passive exists which is good but for those who don't know his Q will only restore energy if you hit them with the auto and without cdr or you won't be very sticky

overall i rate creativity 7.5/10 sure the W is cool but the 3 hit mechanic really disappointed me viability ?/10 i haven't played enough to really judge this

what would i do? reduce the cdr on his passive in return for his E to have 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% dmg reduction

a small gimmicky idea i guess to give him some form of sustain would be "targets taunted by Shen's E will heal him for 5/10/15/20/25 (1% total hp scaling ratio) if he attacks them with a Q empowered auto
