We are asking for nerfs now aren't we? Well fuck you,he was oppressive before,he just happened to become meta,he was strong before but because he didn't have a high pick rare people didn't give a damn and suddenly since they get fucked more often (because of play rate) they started crying over how broken he is.

Why does a champion deserves a nerf only when he becomes meta? Why leave championns terrorise games until they become meta? You removed 20% from Vladimir's E ratio after 2 years,people saw that 20% removal and think that he is fucking useless now..it's sad really,a champion loses some damage and suddenly he is shit..you can still one shot people with one item..and he is still unkillable but people stop playing him because he received a small nerf and the bot meta changed? Do you really believe that Vladimir is an okay champion? Is there a logical person that honestly believes that?

Don't wait for a strong champion to get talked about in order to nerf it,act before people complain..act and prevent shit like this to happen

I mean, that's how it always goes. :/ with every champion. Someone complains months before everyone else and it doesn't matter until hes a relevant pick. Quinn has always had a high winrate. But she's suddenly popular and that's when people complain and want nerfs

However when their pick rate starts to become to the point where you see them every other game it gets annoying.

Seems to be divided 50/50 between the people that abuse him and the ones that get abused

Side note the 20% AP E nerf on vlad made his winrate go up 3%.

Correlation =/= causation. Chances are, something else affected his winrate.

champions are only terrorists if they do what they do well enough to succeed and win games. Name the champions that aren't oppressive played well with their optimum builds. If these two things are done and a champion still doesn't succeed then its too week and should be buffed in the regard that is most integral to their kit. You should also consider the limitations of champions and what they must put up with. Vladimir has a window to do his big q dmg in lane and it very telegraphed. His pool makes ganking him difficult but it really is his only means of safety aside from flash and he really needs pull to do his all in combos without being blown up and he needs the time it buys for the delay he must wait for to get his q ad r healing. He also lanes against champions that out range him with large poke, if he couldn't have his level of sustain it would be rather problematic for him mid.
